It had a great atmosphere from the moment you enter the hotel. Friendly staff and a nice buzz of business people around. I would like to emphasize the friendliness and professionalism of one staff member who helped me from day 1 and always had a smile and made sure to find a solution to any issue I had. Her name is Ms Gohar she is an exceptional staff member and a great asset to your hotel. She made my stay feel like home and I will definitely be returning.

My family and I recently enjoyed an extraordinary stay at the Ibis Al Barsha hotel that lasted over two weeks, and it was an experience we'll cherish for a long time. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the warmth and hospitality of the staff, notably Sharada, Sushmita Taman, Caroline, Shusmita Shahi, Arti, and Smriti from the restaurant, made us feel not just welcomed, but truly at home. Their exceptional service and attention to detail ensured every moment was comfortable and enjoyable. The heart of my evenings was undoubtedly Jamboree, where the exceptional support and service provided by Imarath, Prasana, and Hiran created unforgettable memories. Their dedication and kindness truly showcased the beauty of Sri Lanka, leaving me eager to travel there and explore more of its charm. I must also commend Sujid and his housekeeping team for their professionalism and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards throughout our stay. Their efforts ensured our accommodations were always pristine and comfortable. Moreover, the entire team, including John (attendant) and Ola (security), deserves immense praise for their unwavering dedication and friendliness. Their collective efforts made checking out a bittersweet moment, leaving us already longing to return. I cannot emphasize enough the wonderful experience my family and I had at Ibis Al Barsha. The exceptional service, coupled with the genuine warmth of the staff, has truly set a high standard for hospitality. We eagerly anticipate our next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in Dubai.

Room was clean and better than my previous stays. Shower box was clean and water was hot. Reported faulty shattaf and they fixed it same day, which was good. Having the iron was so helpful as it was a sudden booking with no laggage. Room was tidied up everyday. I think I may heve to get used to asking for oersonal stuff like tooth brush and a tooth paste. Room was very good. Wished if the interior design was more eye appealing. Staff are helpful. Overall it was a good stay. Rescued me from travelling in the rainy storm.

I like the good services and the restaurant.. I apprec this laundry service they provide ... one of the housekeepers her name is marjeen from Philippines...she was a big help... I also cherish the fast response when I needed to book the meetings room. The Kenyan girl was amazing. ..sorry I forgot her name... All in all...it was a good experience

Rooms are nice, there are a planty of space, bed is big enough. I liked that we have fridge and bottled water. Location is ok, but it is not too near to metro or bus station so mostly of the time we must rely on taxi. Breakfast was also good
